More about me

I’m 26 years old from Norway, and I have no particular education in these areas that I’m writing about. Which means that all that I share is coming from my own experiences, in addition to watching YouTube and Gaia.com, reading books, social media, as well as learning from different people in my life.

My wisdom regarding self-discovery and emotional mastery is mostly gained through experiments with meditation over many years, in addition to medicinal plants and mushrooms (not recommending this to anyone). This has given me insights to how my mind and body works, along with a greater perspective on life as a whole, as well as where i fit into all this.

How can i create happiness for myself, no matter what scenario i find myself in? How can i master my emotions to such an extent that i can choose how i want to feel? Is it possible to find meaning in life and every moment we spend on this planet? How can I aid my body in such a way that it can heal from anything?

These are questions that I have found an answer to for myself, and I’m content with where i have ended up, in addition to all the experiences i have had. That is why I’m here, to help those who seek answers to questions like these, those who wish to create meaning and fulfillment in life.

My ultimate goal doing this is to gain financial freedom. Making enough money to live a comfortable life, turning my passion into a job, and being able to work from anywhere is something that I’m working towards.
