The state of creation

Creation is your natural state,
out of fear or out of love.
You can always start with a clean slate
clear your mind and set an intent.


Where attention goes, energy flows.
Forget what you know,
manifest with a heart of love,
a mind without judgement.


Be the change you want in your life
create what you love,
let go of what you don’t.
No friction and no strife.


Your life will go up and down,
trust the process,
stay the course.


Everything has a purpose,
so let life flow
and learn as you go.






The life you create

Your mind’s intentions,
thoughts you shape,
The actions you take.


Creating your life,
from within,
and from without.


Ideas assembled,
patterns developed,
influences gathered.


Make your choice,
what do you desire,
and what do you discard?


Ideas to reform,
patterns to adjust,
bonds to be broken.


Live the life you love,
love the life you live.
Be with those you love,
love the ones you’re with.








The pulsing wave of life

Life is all experience
from one moment to the next.
The present is all that exists,
everything else stems from the mind.


The personality you have been given,
the beliefs you hold,
the ideas created.


A life made up of stories,
one memory after another,
forming the identity you know.
All are created within the mind.


This is not the essence of life,
just a fabricated illusion.
Life is only experiences,
one moment to the next.


The now is eternal,
ever-present awareness,
breathing as you breathe.
The pulsing wave of life.
